HOW WE WORK

Coordination is
what connects it all.

01

Independent freight forwarding

We organize international transport around the shipment, connecting the carriers and partners involved in each stage.

02

A clearly agreed scope

We help define the route, mode, required services and information needed before the shipment moves.

03

Specialist partners

Customs clearance and warehousing are coordinated with licensed partners. The scope of each service is confirmed in your quote.

WHAT A CLEAR WORKING RELATIONSHIP NEEDS

Know the scope. Know the next step.

International freight involves several organisations. Clear responsibilities and useful information make their work easier to connect.

01

One shipment plan with named responsibilities.

A useful plan identifies the sender, receiver, transport stages and specialist handoffs. We coordinate those connections so the agreed start and finish points, responsible parties and next steps can be understood together.

02

A quote that explains its assumptions.

The quoted cargo profile, route, included services and exclusions should be explicit. Estimates and details still awaiting confirmation need to be identified so you can make a decision with the right context.

03

Specialist work stays with the responsible partners.

Carriers perform the transport legs. Customs clearance and warehousing are coordinated with licensed partners. Each shipment needs a clear service scope; Saudi Global’s coordination should not be interpreted as a carrier service or a customs guarantee.

04

Changes return to the plan.

A new package size, delayed supplier release or changed delivery address can affect the route and cost assessment. Share changes promptly so the involved partners can review the option and the revised scope can be confirmed before the next step.

Before you confirm a shipment

Review the cargo description, agreed locations, included services, partner responsibilities, costs and conditions. If a point has not been assessed yet, it belongs in the next review before booking.

WHO DOES WHAT

Clear roles at every stage.

01

Your shipment information

You provide the goods description, locations, packed measurements and available documents. The supplier and receiver confirm readiness, access and receiving arrangements.

02

Our coordination

Saudi Global brings the route, transport options and agreed services into one shipment plan. We coordinate the information and handoffs with the carriers and partners involved.

03

The specialist partners

Transport is performed by the carriers involved. Customs clearance and warehousing are coordinated with licensed partners, with their role and service scope defined for the shipment.

FROM FIRST CONTACT TO DELIVERY

You bring the cargo.
We coordinate what comes next.

01

Tell us what you are shipping

Share the origin, destination, commodity, number of packages, weight and dimensions. If you know when the cargo will be ready, include that too.

02

Review your quote

We assess the options for your route. Your proposal should outline included services, exclusions, conditions and the estimated transport timeline.

03

Let us coordinate the shipment

Once you approve and the conditions are confirmed, we coordinate the next steps with the partners involved in pickup, transport and delivery.
