YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice

How the website handles enquiry details, tracking and browser drafts, and how to contact us about information you supplied.

Updated

01

Information you provide

Our contact and quote forms ask for your name, email and the information needed to understand your request. You can also provide a phone number and company name. Quote requests include the route, cargo description, package count, weight, dimensions and any service notes you choose to add. Contact enquiries include the selected subject and your message.

The submission also records the form type, language, page address, confirmation of permission to respond and a request identifier. The saved record includes the submission time.

02

Why we ask for these details

Saudi Global uses enquiry details to understand and respond to your request, assess shipment options and coordinate the services you ask about. Cargo and location details help identify the route, transport requirements and further information needed for a quote.

The form checkbox concerns using your details to respond to the enquiry. A quote request starts an assessment; it does not confirm a transport booking.

03

Saved requests and reference numbers

The site stores submitted enquiries in its database. When a request is saved successfully, the form displays a reference beginning with SG-. Keep that reference if you need to follow up or ask about information you supplied.

That confirmation means the website recorded your request. It does not, by itself, confirm a reply, a booking or delivery of the enquiry to another system.

04

Page and form tracking

The site loads an external LeadConnector tracking script configured for Saudi Global. This service may observe page visits and form interactions, including submitted form fields and the page involved, for website analytics and enquiry attribution. This tracking runs separately from the site database that saves your request.

The permission checkbox in our forms is for responding to your request; it does not operate as a separate tracking preference control. If you have a question about tracking or your information, contact us using the link below.

05

Form drafts when changing language

If you change the site language while filling a form, the site temporarily stores the entered values and form step in your browser’s session storage. This lets the matching form restore the draft after the language change. The saved draft is read and removed when that form loads.

This browser draft is separate from a submitted enquiry. To register your request in the site database, complete the form and use its final submit button.

06

Technical services and shipment partners

The website uses technical services for hosting, storage and tracking. For a shipment assessment or agreed coordination, relevant details may also need to be provided to carriers and specialist partners involved in the requested scope. Customs and warehousing services are coordinated with the relevant licensed partners.

Links to WhatsApp and other external sites open services outside this website. Review the information and privacy notices of those services before sharing additional details.

07

What to include in a form

Share the information needed to explain your enquiry. Avoid passwords, payment card details and identity document numbers in message or cargo-description fields. If shipment documents are needed, discuss the appropriate way to provide them with the team.

If you need to discuss a saved request, include its SG- reference and the email address used in the form. You do not need to resend the full cargo description just to ask a question about your information.

08

Questions, corrections and removal requests

Use the contact form and select “My personal information” to ask about details you have provided, request a correction or request removal. Explain what you want reviewed and include your submission reference when available. You can also use this contact to ask about information held from an earlier enquiry.
